static stretching before running or exercising can inhibit the nerve contraction,so it is not going to fire as quickly to tell the muscle to contract and perform. That leads to less force production, so your speed will go down.”

2 STRENGTH TRAINS IS NEEDED OR NOT ?

as we talk about the daily runner athlete they are in high demand of energy.as they are building endurance training for good performance .some runners are of heavy weight training  and building endurance without loosing their  energy.
probably determined by an improvement in lower limb stiffness regulation as a result of concurrent strength and endurance training



3 BAREFOOT RUNNING IS BENEFICIAL OR NOT?

but certanly it is not important to run everyday to improve we can workout and turn up to exercises and yoga sessions .which improve the life quality 
if your not an trained athlete and your not upto limits like running goals .
   so you can change according to your needs.



5 EROSION OF KNEE /injury to knee

this is a myth that if we are running daily .it will be harmful for our knee and we can face some problem like knee pain ,osteoarthritis,for female runner it is more commonly seen .but it is not understood reason behind it.

its totally depended on combination of bio-mechanics and the hormonal influence
 
majority of running injuries is not because of running itself but it is training errors and load management.

although it has been seen that exercising in osteoarthritis of knee is more helpful in recovery of joint pain  .

6 WHILE RUNNING DRINKING IN EVERY MINUTES ?

this is the most damaging myths of running .its not true that drinking water while running is good.it cause more harm to body and it cause a disease called HYPONATREMIA SYNDROME .an electrolyte imbalance  in which sodium concentration in serum is lower than normal.

drinking water after the running session can improve the need of water in body and it may not be harmful for body .as we all know drinking water manners plays important role here.



7 RUNNING FOR MILES IS GREAT?
Essential Stretches for Runners
 A runner should know the need of running , and efficiency of running 
while running if running  1 km is fulfilling your body desire then  then you should run 1 km. you should not always being in competitive terms that if you will run more you will be chaining your body capacity and endurance. Run how much your body need.
